Earlier, people who used to eat a lot of Sugar products as having Diabetes. But today if we look at a lot of people, even the young generation is suffering from Diabetes. Diabetes is a type of Metabolic Disease where the person has a high blood sugar level. The main reason why Diabetes occurs is the body doesn’t properly respond to insulin.

Types of Diabetes

There are types of Diabetes that occur. Type 1 Diabetes — Mainly occurs in Kids and teenagers. It occurs when the body attacks its own pancreas with antibodies, thereby, damaging the pancreas and resulting in the inability to produce insulin. Type 2 Diabetes — The most common Diabetes is found in 90% of the population. In this, the pancreas produces insulin but not in a sufficient quantity. There is another form of diabetes that occurs in pregnant women, mostly in their middle to last terms. But generally, this type of diabetes is temporary and will fade post-pregnancy.

We understand our types of Diabetes, but my question is why don’t people care about their Diabetic condition? Why do they eat anything in sweets and don’t control their eating habits?
